Joe "Boots" Edward Streetman, age 80, of Clarksville, TN passed away on his farm on June 2, 2023, where he was born and lived his entire life.
Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Terrell Marcom officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 p.m.-8 p.m. and again on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Boots entered this life on December 24, 1942, to the late Thomas "Jack" Jefferson Streetman and Mattie Gullett Streetman. Boots was employed with Frosty Morn and Ingram Materials where he worked as a truck driver and yard manager, respectively. Boots was a faithful member of Excell Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge #89. He enjoyed camping, working on hot rods, and, in his younger years, riding motorcycles.
In addition to his parents, Boots is preceded in death by his sister, Ann Streetman Craig and brother, Raleigh Streetman.
Boots is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Phyllis Pfister Streetman; children, Robert (Sheri) Streetman and Stacey Streetman; grandchildren, Dillan (Katelyn) Streetman and Aubrey (Tyler) Rosenbaum; great grandchildren, Hunter Streetman and Maddie Streetman.
In lieu of flowers, it was Boots’ request that you purchase a meal for a service member.
